Occom as a company I give you 1 star it is a very rude company when dealing with female support agents obviously call centre is in India with 20-30 ppl in that room.! I had to call over 5 times to get my nbn sorted out and the frustration was immense.! They do not listen to customer.!
However today I got a young fellow by name of Reyman I give him 7 stars.!! Occom needs to learn from this guy he is more helpful than all the others I spoke with at Occom he is patient he listens and acts.! I had to tell the girls I spoke with that my nbn was active but they are robots they stick to the standard script.! I was about to lodge multiple TIO complaint TS but Reyman answered the phone and sorted everything out these previous 5 service agents should have done it but they are lazy and don’t give a crap.!

  • Both the referrer and referee will receive a $50 reward for each successful referral.

  • Option 2: Contact the Occom sales team through the below channels and tell us your friend’s account ID, mobile number, or email address:

  • Referrer: credit on the Referrer’s invoice after the referred service is activated for 40 days.

  • Referee: credit on the Referee’s invoice after the referred service is activated for 40 days.

  • The referred service should be one of the below products:
  • If the referee can only sign up products other than the above-mentioned fibre products, such as ADSL2+ or mobile, the reward is $10 per referral.
  • The referral is invalid if the referrer or referee’s service is cancelled within 40 days since the referred service activation day.
