Occom as a company I give you 1 star it is a very rude company when dealing with female support agents obviously call centre is in India with 20-30 ppl in that room.! I had to call over 5 times to get my nbn sorted out and the frustration was immense.! They do not listen to customer.!
However today I got a young fellow by name of Reyman I give him 7 stars.!! Occom needs to learn from this guy he is more helpful than all the others I spoke with at Occom he is patient he listens and acts.! I had to tell the girls I spoke with that my nbn was active but they are robots they stick to the standard script.! I was about to lodge multiple TIO complaint TS but Reyman answered the phone and sorted everything out these previous 5 service agents should have done it but they are lazy and don’t give a crap.!

Called to get the opticom internet connection sorted . Exceptional service from Bhavya.V. She explained everything about options & further offered other available services as well. Looking forward to better, reliable, faster internet connection from Oocom. Thanks!
