DNS Settings (macOS)

How to Change DNS Settings on macOS:

1. Open System Settings or System Preferences

2. Select Network from the left-hand menu

3. Choose the active network you are currently using (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)

4. Click the “Details” (or “Advanced”) button in the lower right

5. Switch to the DNS tab

6. (Optional) Remove existing DNS servers, then click the “+” button to add new ones:

8.8.8.8

8.8.4.4 or use Cloudflare DNS:

1.1.1.1

1.0.0.1

7. Click “OK” and then “Apply” to activate the changes
