The Community Connect Plan is designed to help Australians on low, fixed, or pension incomes stay connected with affordable internet and phone services. It’s part of Occom’s commitment to making connectivity accessible to everyone.
Who can apply for this plan?
You’re eligible if you:
- Hold a valid concession or pension card
- Receive government support payments
- NDIS participant (or live with one)
- Are experiencing financial hardship
Students and refugees may also qualify for this plan.
What documents do I need to provide?
To apply, you’ll need to submit one of the following:
- A copy of your concession or health care card
- Your NDIS participant number
- A Centrelink income summary or a similar supporting document
What internet plans are available under this offer?
We’re offering discounted rates on two plans:
- Basic 12/1 Mbps – $50/month (original price: $58)
- Boost 25/10 Mbps – $60/month (original price: $70)
Both plans include 150GB/month. If you exceed the data limit, your speed will be shaped to 2Mbps so you can still browse and make calls.
