Contact your Bank immediately to freeze your accounts.

Change your passwords for your email, banking, and Occom accounts.

Contact IDCARE: Australia’s national identity and cyber support service. They provide free, specialist support to help you develop a response plan

Call you to ask for your account password or credit card CVV. 

Ask for remote access to your computer or mobile device.

Pressure you to make an immediate payment via gift cards or cryptocurrency.
