How can I pay the monthly fee?

You will need to pay the first monthly fee during the sign-up process. Afterwards, it is very convenient to recharge in the Customer Portal or the Occom Mobile App.

Transferring your mobile number is easy, all you need are your account details with your current Aussie telco – you don’t have to cancel your plan with them, just kick off the transfer with us.

All Occom mobile (Vodafone) plan support eSIM. After signing up, you will receive a QR code by email to activate the eSIM. The process is fast and can usually be completed within minutes.
